What can I do about my gyms incline bench being too inclined.

deathdroprob, you said "Should I use 1 of the 2 non bb incline benches on the smith machine". That means you at least have an incline bench that you can move around right? If so, just put it in the squat rack instead of the smith machine.

What can I do about my gyms incline bench being too inclined.

either put an adjustable bench in the squat rack. or arch your back a lot on the incline bench to reduce the real incline.

My deadlift sucks! need some ideas

Learn to love the hook grip. I switched over to hook grip a long time ago and you will get stronger and you will want it for your oly lifting anyway. You won't have to worry about left/right imbalances and twisting as well.

Should I stop going to physical therapy?

If she isnt teaching you anything new and is just watching you "workout", id say drop her. I don't know anything about your injury but I would say if you still feel like you are not where you want to be, try to find someone better. All physical therapists are NOT created equal. I tore a...

There is no way Id be able to squat again after a day of rest. Ive tried it. As a PLer I certainly...

    madcow- modified 5x5 routine?

Alrighty, above the knees it is. thanks for your input! since there seems to be no glaring problems, I'm good to go! Another general question I've been wondering for any 5x5 program, is it bad to have the 2 squat/bench workouts only a day apart? Meaning, what if I were to switch my wednesday...

ab training and lower back pain.

Ive been told from a few knowledgeable sources (elitefts q+a, chiro, physical therapist) that lower back pain on situps is due to weak abs/hip flexors.
