    Most powerlifters do no direct bicep work or chins. They may occasionally do some version of row for a dynamic ancillary lift. I myself can pull 500lbs, never do direct bicep work or chins, and do only 2-3 versions of rows w/bands on DE Upper. (Only one of the versions for any given session.)...

    What is a Backlift?

    Here's Paul Anderson doing a backlift. It's not a great picture, but look closely at the center at the bottom. You will see his hands on his knees. Once you are able to see that, you should be able to get a good idea of the lift. This is easier than me trying to explain it.:)

    Never, that I don't make up later in the week. Unless I am so sick I am physically unable to walk into my garage, I will make sure I do SOMETHING every scheduled training day.

    Uhm... did you miss the point? I think so. Yep, you did. Your arms will get larger as your whole body grows. Deadlifts and squats will make your whole body grow, whereas just curls will not.

    A cheaper alternative to rubber mats is 1/2" plywood. I use 2 pieces of 1/2" plywood under my entire workout area. Protects the floor, provides a nice surface to train on, and is cheaper than rubber matting. .02, Joker

    Zercher squats

    Re: fuck... You might surprised and find your mid-section as your weakness. Zerchers are deceivingly hard on your abs. My arms rarely get sore from zerchers.
