Yeh it's a pain, glutes too. I never have a problem with tris delts or pecs. I dnt like pinning too often that why I go for the big 2-2.5ml shots in the legs. I'll prob just do more frequent shots in the upper body use lower dose.

Hit a nerve in the quad! Fuck that needle shot out fast. Anyone experienced that. Going through a faze of hitting all sorts lately. Scar tissue, veins, nerves. Sometimes the needle just seems to stop and I feel slight discomfort. Do you push through that? I always go 1 1/4 deep.

Thanks for the input guys. Now say you were to add a low dose of a diuretic like htcz. Enabling you to eat more carbs. Also aiding in keeping bloat and fat down. Would this help? Hope that makes sense.

Personaly iv never used it but to me it would make sense at the end as gains were starting to slow down

Drop the clomid. That stuff effected me badly. Stick with the nolva. Clomid can have some nasty emotional sides. Iv never had a problem with nolvadex.

I like tris. There relatively easy. Also chest you can do two handed so that's quite a easy one. Is a bit daunting first time though. I actually did my first quad inject. It's an easy pin, however I couldn't walk properly for two days. Bit of a problem as I have an active job. May want to take...

Did my first quad shot today. Have been doing delts and tris. Was pretty painless. I doubt the DOMS will be! A 2.5ml deca/tren shot is gona cause some trauma. Oh well. Onwards and upwards 😃
