Why not still heat it up (230 degrees 20 min), you cant really hurt it, if anything you will mix dissolve the powder in oil really good? Grapeseed oil has a high smoking point of 420 degrees too.

From what i've been reading sounds like its better to heat up the oil at 230 degrees for about 20 min pre mixed with powder. Because the BA and BB does not kill some spores like staff!

Im not even sure you need to bake it from what i've been reading, filtering it is enough because the alcohol will kill any bacteria in it.

Also is it ever necessary to use more than 2% ba and 15-20%bb

Great, thats what I was thinking just worm up the gear once mixed when filtering? So it dissolves and filters easier? No need to bake anything? Whats the difference between the grapeseed, cottonseed, Or sesame seed oil?

Great write up!! Few questions. "Baker" is this a 500ml glass cup? ".45 whatman" whatman filters are all the same the .45 is just the size? How many ml is one filter good for? Im guessing you used sterile grapeseed oil? Where would one go about getting some!?
