    I would probably stick with the deadlifts as your main 5x5 movement. Hit up chins or pulldowns as your accessory 2x8 and you should be good to go. I just think that it is important to keep your 5x5 movement a compound one.

    bump for Debaser. If I remember correctly I believe the DC bi stretch is similiar to the shoulder one, but with the palms facing downwards. It has been a long time since I did DC, but this is what comes to mind. You may want to hold out on this, until Debaser comes in.
