Diet after cycle

I just finished a sust 500 per week for ten weeks and a deca at 200 per week for 8 weeks and I'm
very happy with the results. I went from 182 to 210 andy strength is through the roof.. I began a 4000 per day calorie diet and stuck to it through out the cycle. Now I want to shed some of the belly fat around the waste but im scared to reduce my carb intake as I don't want to lose the muscle I gained. what do you guys think as far as cutting carbs and doing cardio in order to lose bf without compromising my gains? I'm a week into my pct

Cut the carbs down but keep protein high and watch the fats should be able keep most of your muscle. for cardio I suggest short but intense don't need jog for 40min on a treadmill sprints are better especially keep your muscle. look at a distance runner vs sprinter and keep lifting hard and heavy should be fine.

I agree with training700 although I would keep your carbs up a little there mate, if you are going to be doing short sharp stints of cardio after no cardio your body is not going to be used to it and if you decrease your carbs and start cardio your body will burn up some of that muscle you gained, munch on some vit c to keep cortisol down and start cardio, after one or two weeks move onto editing your diet ie only healthy fats and cut your carbs by about 10-15% for a start then 15-25% after a week or two. thats how I go about it and IMO its the best way that has worked for me
