What Food Makes the Worst Smelling Fart?

I think either steaks or brocolli? What do ya'll think? What food wrinkles your face and nose after you eat it?

A fart comes from a buildup of gas in the intestine. The gas comes as a byproduct of the bacteria there feeding on excess protein that was not fully utilized/absorbed during digestion.

Beans are notorious for having a protein in them that doesn't digest well.

Many of the bean-o type things that help make gas less bad have an enzyme in them that helps the body break down proteins.

Pineapple also has an enzyme in it that helps.

Guinness farts are the worst. They are an olofactory atrocity, the hang time on those is just incredible. I farted in an elevator the day after about ten pints of Guinness. I was waiting in the lobby for someone and about five minutes later three mexican housekeepers staggered out of the same elevator waving their arms and gasping for oxygen.

The ones that feel 'hot' and are usually silent are always the worst.

This means my body isn't using/absorbing the protein efficiently? Fuck so I'm wasting most of it.

What do I got to do? Glutamine? Digestive enzymes? Probiotics? Goodness this is getting out of control.

I used to guage my protein intake by my farts. the worse they were, then I knew I was using too much protein. No farts at all and I couldn't be sure that I wasn't needing more.

to better digest/absorb it, try ginger root - that supposedly helps and I think I recall the caps being cheap.
pineapple helps break things down, but I don't know how much it helps in terms of absorbing.

It's true, the higher the protein in my diet the more I fart.

It used to embarrass me so I bought some ginger pills. Took them before every meal. They didn't do a thing. Thank God they were only $8.

Good point about being able to gauge your protein intake by how much you fart.
