Raw test E gel?

Have you guys ever ran into this? a yellow gel test e instead of powder?

the powders melting point for test e is low. At one time is was a powder but it melts to a yellow brownish gel when melted.

Why does it have to be powder to portion it out? Does anyone know how to measure by shaving it with a blade and placing it onto a digital scale. Or better yet liquid. ?

HA! My buddy uses a small meat cleaver to cut up his white chunks that are the size of yard rocks..
