How i started off, I went 1 drop the first day, 2 the second, 3 the third, 4 the fourth and so on for the two weeks. I did this until I found the right ammount without too bad of sides. I know it isn't the most accurate, but I always spread it out over the day. About 10-12 drops is just right for me... some days i've went up to 15 and no problem.
Remember, that was ME, not you, so just ease your way into it to find out how you react to it.
