Bro nice workout. I'm liking that you pointed out that it's better to undertrained than overtrain. I am learning that right now with a bicep injury and a pinched back nerve. I thought it was only natural to get better results u must train harder. But that's not entirely the case. And now in my instance next to no training is my result of overtraining. Keep posting man I'm following along bro.

Not only does overtraining make one more susceptible to injuries, it also hinders muscle growth. The majority of the people you will encounter in this sport overtrain. I read and see it all the time. They have not conquered the psychological aspect of weight training, which is you don't have to do a 1,000 sets to make youself feel like you had a great workout. Once you conquer the psychology of weight training, then you will be able to listen to your body. Consequently, you will know when your body has reached its apex during your workout, and that is how you grow.

When you guys do cardio on an empty stomach - does empty mean not even a morning protein shake? I image 'empty' means just that, but I was just checking.

As soon as I wake up, my first steps are to the fridge for a protein shake. I'm also a big coffee drinker but I just figure protein (after 8 hrs of sleep/fasting) is the first priority. Coffee comes later with breakfast and vitamins.

So do you guys just postpone the protein til after the morning cardio?

Fasted cardio is a better more accurate term...yes nothing in your stomach except black coffee or water is ok, do your cardio and then have your protein shake.

Here is my little pre-workout routine.. Here are couple tips if anyone is interested??

Tren Suspension.Take orals sublingual with some creatine (cell volumizer), and drink lots of water. Taking orals siblingual will get in your system faster and the creatine along with lots of water will transport it even faster. Second, take a little ribose, which will excite the Mitochondria, which will generate more ATP, and maximize protein synthesis. Consequently, more muscle growth...

I love this thread. I'm reading every word and ready to learn a ton. Especially looking forward to the post holiday diet logs. Thanks Led and others for a real thread like this one!

Hey led when did u discover ur "sweet spot" in a training session. The point where u have a sufficient pump and muscle stimulation but haven't overstrained. Are there any ways for me dial in on my own sweet spot or is it all trial and error?

It took me a long time to know how to listen to my body, and YES, it was through "trial and error." I don't even plan things out really, it's all routine now. It almost seems like it's robotic..

In what ways do u find yourself changing up the strategy to stimulate growth when u hit a sticking point ? I'm finding myself at a plateau and haven't figured out the exact formula to push past this one. Any tips?
