Hey guys looking for input on my first cycle.. Starting basic
Test e; 500mg a week 250 Mon and Thurs. Running for 10 weeks.
PCT: 2 weeks after last pin.
Clomid: 100/100/50/50
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
I have been training for 2 years, hit my plateau looking for a change, I understand cycling at 20 isn't the smartest idea, I'm not the only one who has and if I cycle right and do everything right I don't need to worry about the negatives. Just looking for advice and inputs. I weigh 160, @5'8. I eat 3000 calories a day bumping up to 3200 when on test e. Diet is in check, aswell as workout routines. Should I be running hcg or any others for PCT. Any tweaks,recommendations, questions on anything else, I can answer.
