I was hoping to get some opinions on a hypothetical cycle for a hypothetical male/mid 30's/5'9"/190lbs/20%BF who is a former national competitor and experienced with gear but got out of the sport 15 years ago and is now feeling like a newbie and looking to lean out and then bulk up a little to help rehab and protect a back injury. He has been training naturally and believes this would be an effective and reasonbly safe cycle. I'd like to hear some opinions of the seasoned members. Thanks.
