I am planning on doing a cycle of winstrol, but I am not sure how long I should wait. My baby is 5 and a half weeks old, and I am not breastfeeding. I have lost all but 7 pounds just taking Xenadrine, and I can't start weight training until this Friday. I was hoping for some advice about the length of time I should wait until my hormones balance out a bit. Thanks!

Welcome Jay - though I have had a few children myself, I don't have the expertise in the supplement department that you seek. Not to worry, though - there are PLENTY of knowledgeable folk here who will be able to help you out I'm sure. We do need a bit more info though. What was your fitness level, before and during pregnancy? What are your goals now? Stats, diet, training, etc - VEE VANT IT ALL!! ------------------

I was in very good shape prior to my pregnancy. I squatted 250 for 2 sets of 5 without drugs and wraps, just a belt! I was weight training 5 days a week and doing cardio 5 days a week as well as teaching aerobics (bodypump) 2 times a week. I looked and felt great, now I am just a big pile of mush and I am depressed! I'm not looking to be freaky shredded or anything, I just want a kick in the ass towards where I was before. I have been doing cardio days a week, plus my son weighs about 13 pounds now, so that's almost like weight training! Thanks!

I know how it is to be impatient and want to get back into shape after a baby. Worse yet, nobody told me that you leave the hospital looking like you're still about 5 months pregnant! OH MY GOD!!! Was I horrified!!! The good news is, that if you were in such fine shape (250# squats?! - pretty fucking groovy!) before, it really will happen a lot faster than if you never had trained before in your life. I take it this is your first child? After one baby, I know you probably really are in better shape than you think (We really are too hard on ourselves.). After you get your doc's OK (usually by 6 weeks postpartum) start back slowly (I know this is easier said than done). Don't overdo the cardio (A frequent topic of discussion here - LOL). You want to regain some of the mass you've lost (and add to that, Im sure ) and whatever you do - EAT, EAT, EAT, five or six meals smaller meals througout the day. 3 x 45min cardio session p/week should/be enough to start. But you probably know all of this stuff already. Regain your mass and the fat will burn. DIET is key. ------------------
