Why is this board so dead lately??

NO summer??no training??

I wish some of the lurkers would post-up...

I count 10..maybe 15 active member on the womens board.

Is it me or does anyone else see a lack of content by the newbie posts.. They seem unable or un-willing to do any reasearch on prior topics and force people to CONSTANLY repeat the same shit.

And it's not the mods or vets fault they do an awesome job..How many times can you ask Lobo or E2 or whomever about basic simple shit that has been covered 10 times over.

I have to admit the Womens Forum is still Much better off than the Anbolics forum.. I feel sorry for the Mods and Vets over there.

The training forum should be the most popular on this board! And that gets like 2 posts a day

Yep, I agree with you...I find myself checking in less frequently cause the board is so much slower....where is everyone....I remember when I first started posting there used to be constant traffic on here.....

Boards cycle.... I've seen it before. Just how things go. I'm not stressing it. Sort of enjoying the slow down myself.

Oh, you'll always have the same deal with new folks not knowing how to lookup and read past info. It's all new to them - even more so with women as many times they can't even think about talking on type of thing ANYWHERE. Eexcept here with total strangers.

And so it goes.

I am a newbie and I do my research so that is why you don't hear much from me. Usually, I find my answer so I guess that is a good thing. Although, I do have a question. I started my clen cycle. I know that headaches and the shakes are part of the sides, but are blurred vision and pain in my chest and arms sides? I have only been on 5 days, but it is scaring me and I am thinking of stopping like NOW! I stared with 2 and now I am up to 5-won't take any more than 5/day. I looked for a thread on this but have had no luck. Should I quit? Should I taper off?, back down some?, or what?

I think you should stop the clen for now and see if the sides disappear. Some people really can't handle clen at all, and if you're one of these people it CAN be dangerous to continue taking it. Not worth the risk IMHO.

Stop. No need risking your longterm health. There are other options including E/C/A, increased attention to your diet and exercise, etc. I have been surprised with my progress in leaness when I do the whole logging of food thang. Even those of us who have been in this game for a while could use an occasional reminder of what we're REALLY eating. In one day I counted a whole lot more carbs and fat than I thought. I know I'm preaching to the choir on this issue, but none the less. A friendly reminder.

Thanks, MS and WW-you're right. I'm not going to take anymore. Like you said-it is not worth the risk. That is what I was thinking, but I was hoping to hurry the process of dropping my bf%. I will take the more suitable route for my body and heed your advise. Again, thank you very much!!!-

I'm still hangin' around. I usually only post when I think I can write a quality post or when I can't find info by searching on my own. Thanks to everyone here for such great discussion!
