I recently started my first cycle of primo 5 weeks ago. I take 100mg every 7 days and plan to continue for a total of 10 weeks. I have noticed a few minor side effects but nothing too bad. I also have noticed a weekly increase in overall strength. The one outcome I was hoping for was a significant decrease in bodyfat meaning I was hoping by now I would be able to actually see the muscles I have been trying so hard to build. My diet is pretty good and I do 30 minutes of cardio at least 5-6 times a week in the morning and lift at night. I am 5'1, 125# (I weighed 120# before starting my cycle). According to body calipers, I am 25% bodyfat. I guess I want to know if it will take a couple of cycles to drop the bodyfat or are my expectations of primo too high? Thanks ------------------

All I can tell you is I didn't notice much until inject number 5 for some reason then boom! Everything started coming into place. I only did 50mg/10days because of the strong sore throat and bloating. Give it a little more time. I went from 138-142 or so. Yet did lose bf went down almost 2 clothing sizes. I am now 5ft1 and 140lbs. But I do not look it. I would never have dreamed I could weigh this much and look good. For my build 125 is my going to be the lowest I can go with weight. But remember the scale isn't worth that much when your lifting weights. Go with the way your clothing fits. [This message has been edited by tnheygirl (edited October 15, 2000).]

Also try to go for longer cardio sessions rather than additional shorter sessions. I would like to see you go for a MIN of 45 minutes and do this three times a week. A better target would be 60min. You just don't get to the fat stores until go over the 40-50 min time frame. ------------------ Lobo

YES! It the best time as you all know. By going them extra minutes you force your body to break down fat stores for energy. (which it hates to do) Buy doing this, you can do LESS overall cardio and get MORE loss of fat. In my mind, anything less than 45 min is a waist of time for reducing BF. I one point in my life (a long time ago in a galaxy far far away) I would do a seven mile run, (actualy, it would turn into a jog, then a walk and I ended up by crawling) I did this one time a week and took around 70/80 min or so. I was also lifting four times a week and was the leanest I've ever been. The next day was a total rest day and then I hit the gym. (upper body)

I was doing 100mg every 7 days and although I had to back off due to the sides, I did get stronger. I can feel it slipping away....as the primo goes. I did not have ANY fat loss. The only way to get the fat loss, is diet. Eating really clean and lean! that is the only thing that worked. Primo does not cause fat loss, you and your diet do! |
