I WANTED TO POST A CYCLE I JUST SET MY FIANCE UP WITH. IT WAS GIVEN TO ME BY OTHER GUYS, AND I WANTED TO KNOW IF YOU WOMEN TAKE ONES LIKE THIS, OR IF YOU COULD MODIFY IT A LITTLE.
FIRST SHES 20
5'3"
132lbs
NEVER TOOK ANYTHING OTHER THEN GNC STUFF.
CLEN 5 A DAY FOR 2 WEEKS, THEN OFF FOR 2 WEEKS, THEN ON AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS.
AND T-3 111222333444333222111
SHE ONLY WANTS TO LOOSE WEIGHT. SHE DOES CARDIO 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR, 4 DAYS A WEEK, PLUS DOES LIGHT HIGH REP LIFTING WITH ME.

You need to lock your Lady on to proper diet and lifting first.

At 5'3 132 (unless she's a stick of butter) is not to0 bad off.

What your girlfriend needs is a solid training regimen, not some high rep Jane Fonda horseshit.

If plain weight loss is her goal than I guess your plan will work, but if she's flabby at 132 is it better to be flabby at 115.

Do you train this way??

I DONT KNOW A LOT ABOUT THE WAY A WOMEN TRAINS. ALL I KNOW IS HIGHER REPS WILL GET YOU MORE CUT. I TRAIN HEAVY. 10 REPS PER SET.
SHE WANTS TO GET MORE LEAN, AND GET RID OF THE FAT. WHERE CAN I FIND SOME INFO ON WOMENS WORKOUT.

As far as I'm concerned womens traininig should not be any different than a mans.

And no higher reps won't get you more cut losing body fat will get you more cut.

King,

Do me a favor and do a search or read past posts or better yet have your girl do it. That way she can get a firm grasp of the basics and you will learn a thing or two.

This topic really has been beaten to death on the womens forum.

How many calories does she take in?

What does her diet look like?

How long has she been lifting?

What does she look like?

Unless your injured my philosophy when it come to weight training be it man or women is "hard and heavy".. It's that simple.

The only ONLY thing that has helped me lose weight is solid eating (MORE THAN I THOUGHT) and HEAVY lifting "just like a man"

A cycle isn't a magic bullet...she needs to get the basics down first.

SHE EATS PRETTY CLEAN. BUT SO THE OLD 3 SETS OF 10 SHOULD PER BODY PART SHOULD WORK ON HER.

KK69, take a few and read the thread "T3". And scan through many of the posts in general

Get her on this board and have her learn. If your going to assist her you need to be fully versed on how to train women. There are substantial differences and substantial similarities in how women train with and without gear. You mess up just once and you'll make one hell of a pissed off lady.

But you have taken a good first step in comming here to at least ask BEFORE you started her on this 'cycle'. We often get the post cycle blues post and how does one fix it. Or the "HELP I've got sides from hell" post.
