really, it's completely up to you what you mix it with... and, depends on the flavour you have tooo.....I mix mine with skim milk...sometimes even half skim milk and half water....never anyhting besides that...but, I know someone that buys the fruity flavoured whey and he mixes it with juice! he siad it tastes like pepto-bismal, but, the taste grows on ya...
I always buy chocolate whey...it's my whey of having chocolate legitimately

I have mixed my whey in oatmeal, pancakes, and an egg/oatmeal thingie (my kids call it a "Plumbie" because I whip the egg whites before I fold the cooked oatmeal into it then I send it back into the microwave for another coupla minutes and plumps waaaaaaaay up! I know it sounds gross, but I LOVE IT!) in addition to water, soy milk, skim milk and all kinds of smoothies.

If its unflavored you can flavor it with sf puddings, crystal lite etc...I try to stay away from the nutra sweet products tho'. My wal mart just started selling splenda so I mix up a gallon size container with the splenda and some cocoa powder for chocolate flavor. I'm on the look out for pb and vanilla powders to do the same with. You can also make your own "protein bars" with natrual pb, honey and whey.

I like to mix the vanilla powder with Diet Raspberry Snapple. Just drink the snapple about two inches down, pour the powder in, put the lid on, then shake.

Cheers,
Molly

Water when cutting, skim milk or fruit juice when not. Not bad in oatmeal with apple sauce and raisins during the bulking phase. Make oatmeal, use 1/4 the amount of liquid in the whey and use as you would milk or cream (I use vanilla, but have seen some use chocolate) throw in raisins and applesauce, stir and enjoy.
