Whats your game plan for your body for the next 6 months?

I'm taking a break until February from gear (have been semi-off for 2 months now).

Will be supplementing only with creatine and vitamins.

Gonna cut down to about 230 and see what my strength/appearence is like.

As far as diet gonna maintain 3500/day plus morning cardio 3/days a week for 1 hour.
(carrying around 270lbs hurts my ticker).

My weight training plan changes every 6 weeks, but most of it is going to be a modified volume training at 75 to 85% my 1rm on all compound movements.

So lets hear your 6 month goals ladies and gents, and how you plan on attaining them

Continue to lift and eat for additional mass. Try to watch out for the fat that seems to gather around my mid section....

Improve my eating habits - better consistency. I seem to loose it once/twice a week. As in not eating enough throughout the day and in the quality of the meals.

Do more stretching to keep my lower back loose as well as more ab work to strengthen that mid section.

And to help accomplish this? Take fricking huge amounts of roids of course!!!!

6 Month Goal: Be able to do a set of chin ups with no assistance. Lower bf to 12-13%. Increase bicep and chest strength. Break my fear of eating above 1800-1900 calories.

Just this month I've added another day of cardio in interest of lowering bf. The last 6 months I've been doing 2 45 m sessions and decided to increase it. I've also started doing cardio in a/m's again. At the same time I've increased my calories - and plan to experiment with calorie intake to keep the ol' metabolism fired up. I've got to get out of my fear of eating more. As far as increasing chest/bi strength...that just takes time I know, but I'm training in the interest of increasing strength - pyramids of increasing weight most of the time. Recently I've reversed the pyramid to keep my body guessing. Its working.

Wow, 6 months, Ive had so much go on latly that Im not even sure anymore.
Originally I hoped to be getting close to 300lbs again by march/april... but life throws us curves once in a while...

Hmm, Id say at this point Id like to creep up on 275lbs at least.
Tighten back up nutritionally.
Im already 100% focused at the gym, but mabye try some different things. Like volume training and such.

Really, I dont think I do that bad now, so that makes it tougher. I have to focus on keeping my "eyes on the prize", and that can be even tougher than making a change for me.

So my goal is to keep looking ahead, and not to look back.

Hey, I sound like a fucking motivational speaker!

I'd like to do another fitness competition. The last one I lost 24 lbs. and went to 8% bodyfat. I did almost all of it on my own. I had a little bit of advice from a few friends. Now, I know what to do....and I know what my body will do.

I'd like to get my legs even smaller, although now I'm pretty proportioned, I guess.

I want to buy a treadmill so I can do cardio in the AM at home....I train at night.

With the holidays coming up soon, I know how to get passed that this year!

I want to have a little broader shoulders and hit my delts a little more.

April is my first weight contest since my motorcycle accident, so I will be gearing up for that. I am doing okay in the upper body section, but my deadlift needs some serious help. And since I am on the line between heavyweight and middle weight, I would like to loose enough fat and gain just enough muscle to stay in the middle weight.

Those heavies just blow me away every time.

I have been on what amounts to a 6 week vacation but am back in the swing of things again. My first goal would have to be to get this last 20# of fat off and maintain or gain a little muscle in the process, the second would be to eat more, oftener and better - I get busy and forget to do it.

My 6 month goal is to lose enough muscle and fat to look like a fitness chick. Of course that will also require some surgical enhancement which isn't on the budget Oh well. There's always those padded numbers.

I do. I am trying to get myself to eat with more consistency and trying to convince myself that carbs are not all bad so I can put on more muscle. Hopefull not much additional fat will find it's way on board because I have been working hard for 3 1/2 years, put on some decent muscle, but have kept all of the fat. I am hoping to get my diet more balanced (not so protein heavy) so that I can put on more lean mass. I just haven't found an effective way for me to take off the lard. (No AS use, too chicken and too cheap! Bummer.)

I'm planning on gaining a little more muscle, if everything goes right. (November)I'm planning on starting a cycle on Anavar.

I eat very clean. But, I need to start eating more. My traning is going good, lifting heavey, (Thanks to Iron God and Warlobo) I've already noticed some more definition in my muscles. I did cut way back on my cardio, but I have to watch myself, cause I use to teach Aerobics, so I tend to think I still need to keep it up!!

I gotta think about it. I'm not quite sure where I want to go, however, these are a few things I like to accomplish:

Stay w/in 14 - 16% bf range (closer to 14%) while putting on min 5# leans mass......any suggestions?! (said half tongue-in-cheek) Let me guess who the first one will be to jump on this one?....hhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm

Continue to bring my upper body up a bit while adding a bit of size and definition to my legs.

EARN SOME FUCKING MONEY!

Have succesfully gone down from 25% b/f to 14.4% b/f in the last 4 months and kept the same body weight. So looking to get down to 11% b/f and maintain at that level.

Want to add size and definition to my legs, get rid of the fat in the lower ab area, so I can achieve a full six pack. Need to concentrate on the fat around the hips and really tighten up the glutes.

Need to focus on eating clean, increasing my calorie intake and eating more times a day. Just can't help but think it's gonna make me fat. Bad Habits die HARD.

IG - that would be me. Sunday began the 4th week of my first deca cycle and as of today I've gone from an initial 134.8 to 144.2 with 8 more weeks to go. Not counting calories. Eating 5 - 6 times per day and trying to consume ~60g of protein per meal....but succeeding in maybe 3 of those meals making my totals fall in around 200 - 240g/day. BodyFat might be creaping up just a bit: boobs aren't getting any bigger but I think there's a little more fluff around the abs.

My entire agenda for the next ~8 months is mass.

My six month goals are a single mass cycle in which I should gain mega pounds in the 35-50 range. I know that's a big range, but I don't know what to expect quite yet.

1000mgs Testy
500mgs Deca
both for 20 weeks
Clomid and proviron ED alternating EOD
MEGA CLOMID, PROV, and HCG treatment for one month after.

After that month I'll start a cutting cycle for 12 weeks consisting of EQ 500mgs/week with T-3, clen, and ECA.

I'm 6'3" 275 probably 17%.

After nine months:
290........10-12%

And then it's off to WWF baby!

OH HELL YA!!!!

My long term goal (today) is 150# at ~12%BF. Given the progress I've seen over the last 3 weeks, that might not be so far off ...and then it might not quite be enough.

Per advise of MS, I just had my bf tested. I am totally depressed but have set my goal. As of about a year ago, I was 120-123lbs. and 11-12% bf. Now I am at 135lbs. and get this for depressing bf of 19%!!!!-DAMN!-I new thing were getting ugly but that is just ridiculous. So, I am going back to training hard like I did before. The saying goes "You snooze, you lose."-in this case, the little hard body I use to have. I'll quite bitching and whining now-I did it to myself. Have been looking for the thread on Clen by Warlobo that MS suggested but I still haven't found it. Does anyone know where I can find it? I still need to get my thyriod checked first-doing that on Monday.

Learning to eat more during the daytime, lift more weights than cardio. I do the cardio everyday for 45 mins at 5 AM. "I know, too much." And lift only 4 times a week for an hour.
Lose 15 more lbs so I can be down to 115lbs, along with lower bf% .

I need to get over the FEAR OF EATING, I think the more I eat the fatter I am gonna get. But my boyfriend has helped me out alot with changing this way of thinking. He helps me buy the right foods at the grocery store.

Take photos in late Nov. Then strength cycle starting Dec.1 ending Feb.1 Can ya'll say 'fat and happy'? Take a few days to chill, then tighten up till conference in March. April thru July stay lean and work on strength for Powerlifting contest. I hope to be stronger at a lighter body weight, we'll see. Stay lean all summer yes it's true I'm vain as all HELL. Oct. start another bulk thang. Oh, you said only 6 months. I tend to plan a year or so in advance, because I'll do a couple contests mostly PL. Overall goal to increase strength and performance while keeping pre-contest weight within manageable limits.

E2,

What are you at now, if I remember correctly your 6'2 240lbs ??? BF??? If your body has stabalized at that weight your goal could definitly be a little more lofty.

IMHO 6'2 280-290 at 12% to 15% would make you very large indeed.

Iron yes i could have more lofty goals but unfortunaly i'm only 230 9% now, when i went off to Europe i lost a lot of weight (was completely off gear and only trained 2x a week) then i came back and was dragged out to a few raves, and consequently dropped weight. Well no more of that for me. Time to grow again!! I know 260 won't be a problem, and perhaps i should set higher goals, we'll see.... it all depends on how i feel this winter. Right now i'm thinking of putting on a lot of size, and i'm sure i'll pass my goal.

My 6 month goal is to stay within 5 lbs of my current 100 lbs, but convert bf to muscle.

Basically, to continue what I am already doing.

Six months sounds like spring break time. Eventhough I am no longer part of the college scene it is still fun to party with them. I will be working on legs, defining calves and quads for the beach. Dropping a few, maybe 10 pounds, wouldn't hurt either.

Anyone planning on a spring break trip?

I will be trying to gain muscle in my off-season. I really need 10, I'll settle for 5lbs ........BTW, I'm 5'11

I will concentrate on writing in my food diary and tracking my 7 meals. I have a habit of thinking I'm eating way more than I do. Last year I gained 3lbs by eating consistently. My bodyfat went up to 12.5. When I started bulking I was around 7-8%. I will try to keep my bodyfat below 14%. Just in case I have a photo shoot.

Since I'm tall, I know it's hard to fill out. I've improved my weak point......you guess it LEGS. I'll continue to do so and bring up my weak rear delts. Overall my symmetry is good (when I compete I usually win the one-piece round, 2nd or 3rd in the two-piece).

I have my last competition next weekend. I'll start carb depleting next week. Final contest preparations. Wish me luck

I can't wait to eat butter on my veggies among other things

Hmm 6 months..

Well I hope to break the 210 Mark. Currently 5'9" 176Lbs. 14%BF. Just started back up from a year break.. I stabilized my body weight. and am ready to break through. I have finally given in to the bug.

Dec 1st I am starting a Sus/Deca Cycle for 12 weeks. By April I will be looking at stabilizing. Then hit another cycle come winter. Or who knows maybe earlier.

Just watched Pumping Iron. That movie kicks ass. Makes you want to hit it hard. Lou Ferrigno, now he was huge in the day.
