Hello everyone, this is my first time posting. I need some help. I am 5'8" and weigh around 155. I want to lose weight and tone up, but i cannot take those "caffeine" pills. How do you all feel about meal replacement shakes? What should an everyday diet consist of? I am in the market to lose about 20lbs. I am starting to do aerobics today. Could someone please help me? Thanks!! ~

Secondly ...

Do you take meal replacement shakes?

What does your everyday diet consist of?

What is your general training game plan?

If you put in the time and do some reading of old posts you should get most of your general questions answered.
