Can anyone show me how to set up my workout book. I am writing everything down, every day.
I need a way to put legs on one page, tris on a page, etc. and be able to look at my last workout instead of turning 4 or 5 pages and going back and forth. Somebody told me I can buy one already set up but can't find one. Anby suggestions?

I have a spiral bound 6x4 notebook. I'm able to fit one week of workouts on 2 pages, paperclip the current week so I can look at the week before's easily. I also set up the days workout before I go to the gym with estimated weight as a goal for the day.

So for day one I will have written on each line: (first # is lbs, second # is reps)
Squats 70/15 115/12 135/10 145/8
leg press 180/12 270/10 320/8
leg extension 95/12 110/10 125/8
sldl 65/15 85/12 95/10 105/8
leg curl 30/12 40/10 50/8

Then I'll skip a line and write the next day's workout in the same manner. If I do less or more weight/reps I'll change it (I have to use pencil). And depending on how the day felt, I might up the weight the following week etc.

Hope this helps

Thanks SkyDancer...
That sounds pretty good. I am going to modify slightly so I can add several workouts on the same line.
I will follow what you do, just maybemmake a cube with the next date I work legs and continue across. That way I can see last work out at a glance.
Thanks for the imput. That was just what I was looking for.
