Sisters and Brothers:

I normally do not visit this board, for reasons of time and the fact I know only a very, very few serious female bodybuilders.

My dear friend, a lady (not a bodybuilder, by the way), is going to undergo a gall bladder removal in the near future. And she is terrified, having never had a serious operation in her life.

Moreover, in the country where I live (Russia), there are -- in my opinion -- very few really good doctors.

She MIGHT have found one, but the whole medical "procedure" by western standards sucks. It's hard to imagine to a person living in the U.S, Canada, or any other modern country. And the idea of "informed consent" doesn't exist here.

Following her operation, are there any good AS I could provide her? -- because I have access to practically anything.

I have some ideas, but am just not really knowledgable on female AS. It's a really unique category to me.

And, I just don't trust these doctors, who -- like most doctors it seems -- know very little about AS.

Thanks for any help.

Here's wishing her well. Probably the best bet would be Primobolan depot (if anything...). Mostly since the anesthetic(s) and related medications are processed by the liver it would be a good idea not to stress it further. This is a suitable indication for Primobolan, although most people shouldn't really need it for the typical operation. Try one ampule each week.

Is there anything in particular that alerts you to inferior medical care in Russia? Is it the surgeons, equipment/supplies? Both? Could she have the procedure done elsewhere? These worries about competent docs and sterile instruments exist all over the world, just that western nations currently seem better able to camoflauge them.

The AAS are the Minor issue here.

The biggies concern the doctors, their equipment -and it's state of sterility.
Can you be ready with rare antibiotics?

Artemis, thank you for your reply.

For various reasons, she is unable to have the surgery performed in another country. There are some good hospitals and good doctors here, both she has found. But the medical system in general is an outgrowth of the former Soviet Union. It has, in general, even declined to the level of some Third World countries. In general.

I'll give serious consideration to your Primobolan Depot suggestion. And I'll check to see what post-surgery antibiotics are available. Any possible suggestions? Thanks,

Dexter

Dexter, she should start on the antibiotics several days BEFORE the surgery if you are worried about poor sterile OR technique. Id suggest a antibiotics that are BROAD SPECTRUM ie kill a wide variety of bugs, both gram + and gram- cocci.
