i took the first pic at week 1 and the second pic was around week seven. i really need to work on my diet though. thanks for all the input. i need a lot more work though. | ||

DR - next back shot, think about lifting your arms from your elbows to show the lats and bring your fist tighter into your ears to bring out the bis....back looks nice but you need mor lat development to get that nice v-taper. I do too so don't worry about it, its hard to develop. Good work so far. ------------------ | ||

Beautiful All-American looking, like the girl next door! Sky gave good posing advice. As for lat development I found that pull-ups and bent-over rows really helped me. Good work - keep it up. | ||

Uh, yeah, ok browndog... Ive been around FAR longer than you can imagine, under one name or another. Peope KNOW ME. They know when Im joking with them (as obviously dirty did). Not that I dont appreciate your sticking up for her in a pathetic attempt to suck up to her... bravo for that. Those who I know have sen my pics, I perfer not to have my face in the public view for reasons that I do not need to discuss with anyone. My credentials are proved by my posts, not some silly title next to my name, or the time I registered the name I use. As for flames, everyone knows damn well that I dont, and I actually try to mend up disputes between people. But since you dont know me, you wouldnt know that. And since it was all just a gallant attempt to suck ass, we'll leave it at that... | ||

Some guy sees a pretty girl and figures he'll get in good by sucking up but as her boyfriend it makes its noble and not pathetic... it is, once again, all good! | ||

Dirtyratt-I can't believe as long as we've been talking I am just now seeing a pict. You are just the cutest thing! I know your trying hard and I'm sure it is just as hard for you being so small to put on the muscle as it is for me being so plumpy to actually see mine. I will be honest and this is my opinion only. You have developed some muscle but I don't think the way you posed really gave us the best view. I think Sky mentions this and gives you some advice on how to show more definition in your poses. It won't hurt you to bulk some more on your next cycle you are petite to begin with. I think with a little more weight on your bones you will be able to develop even more muscle. I know most females wouldn't want to look like me because I am a little too stocky but you have great potential to have what I consider the perfect bod! Keep us updated! | ||
