A lot of people combine t3 and clen, but to tell you the truth I'm kinna "scared" to. I took clen, and my results weren't as expected. I did lose, but not as much as I had hoped to. Now, I want to start a new cycle but this time with t3. You think it's enough? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ||

I've read a lot of the option you've given out, so I'm kinna glad that you responded. Well I have never taken AS, and right now I don't I'm ready mentally or phyically ready. I have not yet measured my body fat but what I can tell you is my weight is about 140,I'm 17 yrs old,5'6. Now, I'm not fat or over weight but I feel I need to bring my bf down(a mirror is enough to determine that). I have a lot of potential(wide shoulders for example), but I feel those extra pounds are holding me back. One more thing, I do intend to get my bf checked. | ||

OK... Where to start. I have a feeling we are going to get some of the Moms posting on this thread.... This is probably not going to be something your going to want to hear. BUT at I would NOT be doing any T3 or clen. If you have been following my post you will know that doing T3 without gear is not wise. T3 will burn off anything, and that means muscle. What you need to focus on is diet - as in eating correctly, not limiting you calories, and lifting weights. Building muscle is the key. What is your workout week like? And can you give us some info on your diet.... Hang in there Espanola, were going to help yas out... If I only had this board 20 years ago..... At 17 your in the perfect time of your life to start training and building a solid foundation for the rest of your life. Don't fuck it up by being a stupid "teenager". tough love? Here's the bad news: none of the magic pills are magic. You can take the most intense, most amazing, most expensive, most raved about pill/potion on the market and not be guaranteed the body you're seeing in all the magazines. Granted, it comes easier to some than others, but you won't know until you earn your wings. That's right, you're gonna have to EARN that body regardless of what youre after. ------------------ | ||

Well, I am on a clen/T-3 cycle with primo, and yes I do notice a difference. Along with the shaking legs and this damn twitch in my freakin' lip. lol Always know exactly what you are getting into before you do it. Researh. Knowledge is power. | ||

I just got finished with a t3 and primo cycle and the results were very good. Not as good as I was hoping, but still very good. I dropped a few pounds but gained it in muscle and I dropped 4% bf. I am going to try clen in a few months and see how that works for me, but I don't think I will get better results with it. | ||

Listen to WarLobo on this one. Leotard and DarkAngel both had positive results with T3, but THEY WERE BOTH USING AAS. DO NOT use T3 without some gear in your system to protect your muscle. The T3 won't get you anywhere you can't get with attention to diet and exercise anyway. Let us know if you need help with the diet/training aspects of fatloss. | ||

WarLobo is exactly right. Clen and t3 taken without anabolic support. You will lose alot of lean tissue along with what little bit of fat you lose. Good Luck to you! DL | ||

My diet varies from day to day, but this is what it usually consists of: Meal 1 Meal 3 Meal 3 Meal 4 Meal 5 Meal 6 Protein- 80 One thing I know I have to work on is my protein intake. One the weekends, at least one day of the week I'll eat pasta or rice. This past month I've been consuming alcohol (on the weekends), but I've decidesd to cut that out. I usually do aoout 30 mins of cardio 4-5 days a week, and I lift weights 5-6 days a week(I usually forcus on one muscle part a day) | ||

You need to really take in a lot more protein!! And eat several meals a day to boost that metabolism! I am 5'10 152 and bf at 12%. I am not dieting, but I keep my carbs moderate and cut the simple carbs and sugars! Those will kill ya. I start really early in the morning and eat 6-7 small meals a day with a lot of chicken, tuna, lean meat etc. Protein bars are good as well but check the labels some have tons of sugars and carbs!! Drink plenty of water all day long. And make sure your weight training is intense. Have you tried any fatburners at all?? That might be a thought before you try anything else. Good luck to you! | ||

I used to consume approx 140g of protein a day, but for some reason I now tend to question the quality of protein that's in stores these days. I used to have a protein bar everyday, but I no longer indulge in those(mad cravings), cuz I'm a bit of a sugar freak. I notice just as long as I cut of the candy and chocolate, I don't get much cravings. I use Hydroxycut, but I only take it before my workout. Well thank for the advice. If theres anymore from ANYONE, my ears are open. | ||

when using hydroxycut you are supposed to take 4 capsules before breakfast, lunch, etc. Have you ever tried Ripped fuel, Xenedrine, or ECA stack? Food from protein is the best! Just keep your protein high and carbs low, and do plenty of lifting and cardio. | ||

Well I don't like taking Hydro during the day because I find I get headaches from it, so I just pop them before my workout. I also find that if I take it before I don't get as hungry through out the day. |
