I'm new to Elite , checking out the boards. Been into gear for awhile and have trained a few ladies, will help when i can. Although LOBO seems to have a good handle on things here. (kissing up on the way) ps; i think women who workout are the sexiest, smartest, most fun. See Ya     | ||
