At this point in your busy life, I don't think any time would be a bad time. If it were me, and I have been in that stich, I would work out right before bed. Hit it hard for 45-60min, good protein snack, and sleep.

But can't working out hard right before sleep actually disturb your sleep?

I don't know, but I tell ya, I crashed like a baby after a night workout. I'd fix a good snack, take a shower and be out like a light.

I work out at night and I have NO problems falling asleep. Like Lobo said, a good workout will tire you out so hittin' the sack after bustin' your butt is actually kind of nice!

I have to say I agree (in my case) w/ WarLobo. The majority of the time I have to work out later at night. Once I train hard & serious, after we get home, I eat (Protein, of course) & shower & go to bed. I rarely have trouble falling off to sleep. My trouble is....I don't get enough sleep!

I always seem to have trouble sleeping if I workout after 8pm. I still feel so amped up. Maybe if you woke up an hour earlier, and went first thing in the morning before you get into your other stuff.
