I have about 10lbs of pure fat to lose. I run about 3-3 1/2 miles 4-5 times a week at 6:00 am and do weights 3-4 times a week. I'm not real serious with the weights. I would like to start using Clen, would I get good results just doing what I'm doing, or would I be throwing my money out the window? I do eat a fair amount of carbs from fruit, beans and whole grains.

Forgive me for losing track of what everyone's taking and doing. Have you tried an ECA type of drug yet? If not, then I would rather see you start with that, while decreasing your carbs. If that doesn't work, then Clen might be a good thing to try next.

As for training, I can't remember your goals (if you've told us). But putting more intensity into your weight training would probably help you to retain muscle. You may otherwise find you lose as much muscle as fat on your diet IMHO.

I agree with MS----stich with the eca stack first, and clean up the diet.....turn up the training intensity & you should get results.
