I would like to share my lowest moment of low carb dieting with all of you! A few years ago, it was late and I resorted to cooking my daugthers "easy bake oven" mixes in the microwave and binging like a fool. So how do ya like that!     | ||

Yeah been there done that too. Why do we end up binging???? How do we stop? Some weeks it seems like most days are binge days! I'm sick of doing heaps of cardio to make up for them! | ||

Hahahahaha!!! My best friend is dieting down for her first show on the 16th and I'm doing it with her for moral support (I don't think I'm quite right in the head...) So I get this phone call she's climbing the walls and has ripped open a packet of hot chocolate mix and consumed it dry...I of course am wonderfully symapthetic and kind and thinking to my self damn and I'm letting that box of mint chocolate girl scout cookies sit on my shelf unopened and I'm not even doing this for a purpose!!! Either I'm a REALLY good friend or completely tapped...hmmm a packet of swiss miss is looking reaaaaally good right now......She looks fabulous by the way! | ||

MONSTER, THATS A GREAT STORY. BELIEVE ME, I sympathize( SPELL?) WITH YOU. oh god its early! anyway, once when i was dieting for a show i got such sugar cravings that i took a bite of a cookie chewed most of it but, then spit it out in the sink. now tis is really disgusting, then i threw the cookie away but, went back into the trash (thanx god it was right on top) and chewed the rest of it! ugh! was that bad or what? P.s. i cant believe i just told that story! lol | ||

OK, just to share - I'm MAJOR-BIG Depressed. Got my bf checked 2 days EARLY. Was supposed to have had checked Fri but gotta take the kiddies to an amusement park on Fri! Barely budged!...but I know where I messed up - seems I was abusing the sugar-free ice-pops! FUCK - it isn't like I REALLY even cheated....If I had had a Snickers bar some ice cream - I'd say AT LEAST IT FELT GOOD GOING DOWN!....I guess I got a little cocky after the 2% drop last week. So now I'm barely under 14% and 2+ weeks out FUCK! My trainer sez it can still be done. All I can do is eat chicken, squash, broccoli, and 1 yam the size of my fist till my head explodes or I die of depression!....Holy Flurging Shnit!!!...those damned show promoters!!!!! | ||

You've said those words more then twice on here.......by the way Mom, I know you've got alot on your mind right now (and not on your plate..haha!...sorry), but, I'm gonna be eating chicken, squash, broccoli and yams (size of my fist ONLY, of course)....I'm heading out to the grocery store this morning and after I do that, there won't be another squash or yam around for 10 miles...they'll be in my fridge... Dieting for a show is alot easier if you can maintain 14% or under in the off season. I HATE dieting down I get all depressed.The lowest I ever got was 5 or 6% for a show at 209lbs. It's funny how one can look good but feel I feel for ya Bmom but hang in there. IG | ||

"Look good but feel like shit" sure sums it up. Is this the ultimate masochistic sport? My lowest moment was when I found some mouldy cookies left over from Christmas (this was in September) and decided they probably wouldn't make me sick! Thankfully I was right. My Zen master (NOT) has several tidbits of wisdom on bingeing. 1) Eat as much as you can while while still losing the fat (this translates to cheat as often as you need to, but DO YOUR CARDIO). | ||

Im a glutton by nature, so dieting is especially tourturous! Last show I did I was 300lbs, and needed to come in at 275lbs. I was nearly insane. Going from 6,000-7,000 caloreis a day to about half of that was killing me. I love sweets (especially chocolate... oh god I love chocolate) so NOTHING I eat dieting is filling that craving. After the show I binged to the point of near-death experiance... here's my world record binge (drum roll please)... 1 large double cheese pizza I ate and ate and ate. Sat down, moved around uncomfortably, got up and puked and puked and puked. Was it worth it? Yes, without a doubt! PLUS! I have a very good friend Im going to go see | ||

Im with Sky on this one..there are too many to list! I too, LOVE sweets, almost all of them, so daily i go through a mental battle with myself and i get all depressed if i eat something that's REALLY bad, like cheesecake..I love turtle cheesecake! | ||

I had a bowl of Lucky Charms this afternoon.....I'm angry now and am going to the gym later and do cardio for an hr. to punish myself....ya know what pisses me off the most? Iron God: Im 5'11" mabye 6'0" if I pick up off my heels a little (ah, vanity). But oh how the mighty have fallen. Due to some personal problems (long story, and fully resolved) I crahed and burned and withered down to 210lbs. Im up to 260 right now, but Id say its only 225lbs lean. I'll get back up there though. Im probobly not competing anymore, but I may try and parlay my bouncing and bodyguarding strippers experiance into a personal security/bodyguard business. Upon reviewing the previous response, I feel compelled to protest the inclusion of the words "chocolate syrup" and "orgasm" in the same post. Im am in a testosterone enhanced state and all the "baggage" that comes with that. I have been forced against my will to view myself pouring chocolate syrup all over your naked body.
