Fellow tri here. Read you post. Add some lifting to you training. Not only helps in you form but boost those sessions as well. Notice the "thin, fat" triatheltes. No weight training. You need it to prevent over training injuries. Try adding 3-4 weight training on top of your aerobic training a week, in evening, then have good protein carb dinner ------------------ | ||
