I HAVE BEEN ALTERNATING ONE WEEK ON ONE WEEK OFF WITH ZEN AND CLEN. THIS SEEMS TO WORK REALLY GOOD! I HAVE SEEN A BIG DIFFERENCE IN MY UPPER ABDOMINAL AREA AND OTHER AREAS SEEM
TIGHTER. I JUST RECENTLY HEARD ABOUT MAXILEAN, I THINK THAT IS SIMILAR TO ZEN?; BUT BETTER. IS THIS TRUE AND WOULD IT BE GOOD TO SWITCH THE ROUTINE UP?

I s Zen a code word for something other than a traditional eastern religion? I kind of like the image this leaves in my mind. One week of clen, followed by one week of meditating on how "it doesn't matter if I'm fat, spirit is not body and body is not spirit", followed by another week of clen. You'll have to ask a higher master about comparing Maxilean to Zen though. I suspect the Zen master will tell you "it doesn't matter".

hahahahahaha. I went to that exact same place MS. I think I might better attempt to become one with my olympic bar instead of acting upon it as a distinct/external force.

Buffy, you ask is it similar to Zen?

You have seen the Ox clearly, but
the point of grasping it is ten
thousand miles away. Your experiance
is still tinged with conceptual
thinking. You must be delivered from
delusion, which has no abiding root.

Meditate on that, child, and seek enlightenment...

Buffy, just when you think you ask a simple easy question..... WHAM, everyones a smart ass. Well, welcome to the boards.... I'm sure you'll get a good response to your question in a bit as we will feel a bit guilty for taking advantage of your post.

In the mean time, remove all thoughts from your mind and know that to be completely empty is to be at one with the universe....

In all honesty, what is this Zen training? Is this something from those "natural" magazines?

Monster, I think, from the sounds of her post ZEN must be a product and not a type of training but it's hilarious that we all thought that. oooooommmmmm, ooooooommmmm, ooooooommmmmm.

Ahhhh and the penny drops. Of course, I'll bet she means Xenadrine. But now I don't know what Maxilean is, so I still can't answer the question
