I don't get over to the womens board much, but I wanted to run this past you. My girlfriend has been working out for about a year. She wants to try a first cycle. She's 5'2" 110lbs. What type of gear would you recommend and at what dosages? Thanks for your help. | ||

This is just my opinion, but I think she should try to train naturally for at LEAST another year before doing a cycle of anything. I've trained seriously for about 10 years and just did my first cycle of Anavar. I would recommend that she try creatine and glutamine - they worked well for me in the strength department and helped me gain some mass. | ||

I'm sure by now you have read my post on the A. Board. Now I hope I didn't piss you off to much, not my intent. Just seen to many well intenitoned boy friends, husbands, and male friends completly fuck a women up. So, how can we help you to help her? What is she trying to do? If you're sure it's what she wants, and you're not putting ANY pressure on her, then start her out on one AS. Preferably Primo at 50-100mg per week/10 days. Anavar is also freat if you can get it, 5-10mg per day to start (evenly divided doses). Just make sure all her training, nutrition and rest is in perfect order before she starts. | ||

MS, I would never pressure her into anything. I think she looks great. She used to be a dancer and now she's getting alittle older. I guess she's finding it harder to keep everything tight. | ||

well I would recommend waiting ---- & training & eating right- a year isnt nearly enough time in the gym to start using....in the next few months she can make tremendous gains on her own with proper nutrition & training.....once she learns how to really isolate her muscles when training she will pack on some size;with most women it takes awhile to learn how to really focus on the muscle while she is training-----tell her to up her protein, up her weights, and be consistent & patient.....tell her to check out the board....she can probably lerarn a lot here.... | ||

Thanks FC, I've been working with her. She lifts correctly and she has alot of heart in the gym. I think she watchs my partner and I and wants the gains to come quicker as they do with us. She doesn't want to look like Chyna, just alittle size. |
