Fitness Chick- My last traps pict you told me to work on my shoulders so I have been and wanted you to see how my progress is going. I am sorry about the color it's in black and white I'm having major pc probs. Yes I know my poor tris can't be seen all you'll see is a hanging hunk of flesh. Although you can see muscles even under the layer of fat which is very apparent. I've become the cardio queen and once done should have a great amount of muscle showing. It will come off sooner or later. http://communities.msn.com/TnheygirlsSite It's labeled

Well damn usually ya put up a pict and get Somthing? I have been working very hard on shoulders and would like any help with exercises that just rock for shoulders and tri's. I did address this to FC but anyone who could help would be appreciated. Again, yes I'm doing my cardio.

Tnheygirl you are putting on some serious mass and looking great. Are you getting ready to lean up? Your traps look great. I think once you lean up a little your medial deltoid/tricep tie in will look great. Remember to hit the tris hard to give you that look. If you want to try something new here is a trick I learned when I started competing in boxing. If you've already built the deltoid muscle up hitting the heavy bag for three rounds will give you awesome striations in your shoulders. I'll try to post a pic soon, I've developed some very protruding deltoids from boxing. Keep getting stronger. Tracy

tkotracy-Excellent suggestion that I wouldn't have thought of. I actually gave my dad a really nice bag several years ago and he doesn't use it anymore. I'll just snag it from him! Thanks ps yes i am trying to get lean now. I know there's good muscles under there I can see them under the fat!

Tracy-One more thing-stuid question- how long exactly is 3 rounds? All I know is last time I messed around with a bag I was dying in about 2 minutes!

Women's boxing is two min rounds with a one min break. Men's is three min. ------------------ Lobo

Yes we fight 2 minute rounds but always train 3 minute rounds. There's no way the guys at the boxing gym will let me quit early. Do 3 3 minute rounds with 1 minute in between for a killer 11 minute upper body workout. Tracy

Hey we're not discussing bellybuttons! Leave my poor one alone! I have had 3 laparoscopies through that button! Actually I just looked at it again thats not all belly button it's a partly shadowing. I took some of the shadowing out of the pict although it may be harder to see. Sorry I havent been on the board much lately- summertime is busy for me with shoots & work-I would have responded sooner....coming along very nicely!....as for exercises, try supersetting front & side raises with a pause at the top of the motion, burns like hell....also try doing front raises on an incline bench- sit facing it & do the raises slow & controlled.....try doing side raises with dmbll 1 arm at a time holding onto sdomething & leaning into it.....also works well......always start with some type of pressing motion.....either dmbll or barbell....my personal fave is standing barbell overhead presses....
