does anyone know how many carbs psyllium husks powder has per tsp? I have a can, the brand is Yerba, and there is no carb. info on the label.      | ||

Most of that stuff (sugar free) is like 10 grams or so per serving if I recall. However, I think you actually burn more than that processing it. Rreguardless, it is a great thing to include in your diet and should not impact your overall caloric intake. ------------------ Lobo | ||
