Did you get your bodyfat done? I read your post earlier today that said you were going to workout then get bf tested..I might be wrong, i didnt think it would be accurate if measured right after a workout???

From what I understand bf tests all have a degree of +/- 2%, I'm CERTAINLY no pro so a bit of error is not important! But I couldn't make it to my workout until later this AM anyway.

The BAD NEWS - I guessed correctly, between 15 - 17%bf - I weighed in at 124#, 16%bf. FUCKING PEANUT BUTTER! (Actually no one held a gun to my head - BAD BMOM, BAD!)

The GOOD NEWS - My trainer says that I could still make it. I'm 4 1/2 weeks out and she says that I could make it to my goal - 111# at 8%bf. Truth be told, my weight is not an issue as there will only be 2 classes but if I get to 9 or 10% I won't feel like a total loser. Also I have made gains - I didn't just hallucinate. 8 weeks before my first show (late MAR 00) I weighed in at 122#, 17.5%bf. If nothing else - I am in tune w/my body and am fairly good at self-assessment.

SO - I GET TO LIVE ON CHICKEN, BROCCOLI AND BUTTERNUT SQUASH W/THE OCCASIONAL YAM FOR THE NEXT MONTH, WHILE BUSTING MY ASS. How groovy! :O AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Put a picture of how you want to look on the fridge. I've got Monica Brant on my fridge. I do this every time right before a competition. It reminds me of how I'll be when I step on the stage!!!!!

It's not that long. It will be here before you know it! Good luck!
