Alright I want to slowly start adding cardio back into my workout without jeopardizing any of my gains. Could I do aerobics 4 times per week for 30-40 min? I went to a local store today to get some jeans. As I left the dressing room and handed the attendant my 4 pairs of size7 jeans (They fit they were just way too long) The attendant had the balls to say "well no wonder they didn't fit they are juniors, Miss" I was speechless. Other than telling this story I am still speechless. So anyway I figure 3-4 protein drinks per day, multi-vit and 2 meals should do it. I like simple plans not so much I have to keep a notebook with me at all times.
Any suggestions.

Tngirl -

I'll wait and let someone who is knowlegable with gear and what your doing answer your post about the cardio.

I just wanted to say, dont let some stupid wench at the store make you want to drop weight so quickly. I've read your posts about gaining some, but that is cause of the primo. Wish i could help more, but i've never used AS so i can't give you advice. Some people are just such assholes. I had an old fat geezer come up to me at the beach today and tell me my legs were "almost perfect" Well they are FAR from perfect , but for him to say that pissed me off, WTF was he tryin to say? And who asked him anyway. Weirdos.

i know nada about gear..so im just gonna reply this as a "natural" post.

cardio, dont remove any gains if done properly, the whole point is to burn fat withour breaking fown muscle fibers. and this is done by keeping you hr between 60-85% of mhr. now, the tricky part is how much...when i dieted down, i did 30 minutes every morning before breakfast, and i lost 33 pounds in 12 weeks. so i must have done sumthign right...

but like i said, i dont know how a body on gear reacts..

for bulking i do cardio every third day..

As long as your AS are still in your system you should be burning fat on the cardio because the AS should spare your muscle. Do it first thing in the AM on empty and try to add in a fat burner as well(I use Hydroxycut). Keep it 30-40 mins. max at 65% MHR(for me that's in the 140's) My BF has dropped from 18% to 8% in 12 weeks using this method. Just adding in a little cardio for a week you will feel leaner. My pant size has not changed except for the quad area being tight and the waist being a bit too large. I am busting out of my medium shirts in the shoulder area. Dont worry about your size so much. Just look in the mirror for results and also get a tan.

You are a strong and powerful woman and you do what most women can't. That weak woman in the store should have no effect on your mental side - she is clueless.

If I sound a bit confused I am completely carb depleted at this point. Let me know if you didn't understand.

Be careful with the morning excercise though, the fat melts away then cannibizes the muscle. I always have to eat more after 2 weeks of morning excercise. I use a heart monitor and keep it at 125 for 30 minutes. Good luck.

hey, stop worring about losing muscle! thats why your using gear. you should definitly be doing some cardio. at least 30 min. 3 or 4 days a week. your already building and cutting muscle up, in order to keep that tummy and waist down you want to keep cardio in the program. just dont go crazy! its always good for woman to do some cardio. especially whe doin gear. it helps keep certain areas hard and lean. walk on baby!

So we have 30-40 min in the morning, easy on the BPM, and keep an eye on the body fat -see thread on calipers
