So I need to order something through one of the supplement mag. What could I take to gain some muscle, without water ret. Could you help me out with some suggestions??
I'v been around the board for awhile and I know you know your stuff! And I appriciate any response!!! Pamela

Only thing I would recommend over the counter is Protein Shakes (MRP) and Multi-vitamins and some Fat-burners.Nothing else (OTC) really works.

You need to make sure you're eating properly and frequently and taking in enough protein and water.
Give me more info on your diet (calories and protein/carb/fat breakdown) and your training regimen.

Also I have found it almost immpossible to gain muscle without retaining some water,so it's one or the other gain muscle or lose fat ....can't do both at the same time..

Could you help me out a bit. Do you want info on home gym equipment? Info on over-the-counter suppelements? Info on steriods that will help? Or a combination of all three?

Sorry I didn't make everything clear.
I eat pretty well.
Breakfast:
1.I eat 6 to 7 egg whites w/oatmeal and wheat germ, & flax seeds.
2.Salad w/tuna and whole wheat pita bread, add some peanuts (no salt)
3. Veg. with turkey burgers or tuna or fish
4. piece of fruit
5.Veg.& Rice with tuna or chicken
6.maybe if I still want something more peanuts.I love peanuts I have to watch that i don't eat too many of them. That's my weakness!!!
I drink a ton of water, about 1 gal. or more.
I work out 4 to 5 x a week. I am trying to lift heavy as possible. Every 4 to 5 days I change body parts.
I do chest and tricp.
shoulders and biceps & abs
back and calfs
Legs & abs
I do cardio first thing when I get up in the mornings on a empty stomach. I just started taking thermos. for the last 2 months on and off and I have seen some improvments.
I do cardio 3 to 4 days a week.
I have enough equipment at home. My husband works out too.
I would like to take something to gain some muscle, but I am not around a gym any more.
Is there something I can order over the net?
I know there is a lot of question, but any information you can give me would help.

Try this for a couple of months ...

Stop all cardio and focus just on lifting weights..

Also try to keep your weights heavy and in the 4 to 6 rep range.
your diet looks clean trying uping the calories and protein Meal Replacment (met-rx,Myoplex) 2 a day on top of what your normal diet should help.

IMHO..At this stage of your training AS should not be an option it's not the quick fix people think it is.
Uping your calories and protein plus cutting back on the cardio should help you put on some muscle.
