you look great..keep at it girl. nad nah, you triceps dont look fat at all. I CAN SEE THEM NOW, I AGREE WITH MM, YOU SHOULD TAKE THE PICTURES FURTHER AWAY NEXT TIME, AND IN BETTER LIGHT. OTHERWISE LOOKING GOOD, BUT YOU WERE NEVER AS BAD OFF AS I WAS TO BEGIN WITH! You need to really hit that pose to make your back muscles come out, take about 5 steps away from the camera to show your taper. Otherwise shoulders and lats need a little work but you have some good genetics! ------------------ IP: Logged |

try stepping a bit further.....work on how to hit a lat pose & you will see it much more....the easiest time to attempt to learn is after a hard back workout when you are really pumped up....when I was first able to do it I must have walked around for 45 minutes flexing...I am such a dork.... Need more gold jewelry - the last photo just did not have enough :p You have a good base. Would like to see a bit more mass on the lats to get that classic V-taper. Make sure not to leave out the rear delts, it will bring the back and arms together. Bis need a bit more meat and will need a peak, and this can be hard for women. The tris look like they have some size, need a tad more definition so both heads are visible. Your torso has a nice line and proportion to it, of course a drop of a percent or two of BF will really make them abs shine. And although you did not pose for it, I would like to see you focus on the upper pecks to give a nice full chest that meets the shoulder. Looking at the size of your wrist, you seem to have some potential to build some forearms, or at least they will show well � but these will start to come in better when the bis start to fill in. Now lets see them legs! FYI, please know that I�m giving a rather hard appraisal here � as if you stepped out on stage.

MM- yes you were right. The lighting made a big difference. Also the kitchen as a background didn't help. Warlobo - Thank You I'd been waiting for your thoughts. I thought my bis where straight though and that i needed to work more on my tris. I know I don't have enough definition in my tris. What are some good exercises to focus on ? Right now i do kick backs, tricep extensions and the rope pull down. As for the legs........ ps thats not even half my jewelry, my boyfriend made me take some off so it wouldn't look tacky . ha! nice/you look like you have good genetics on your side....abs are off to an excellent start....focus on weighted exercises & you will see even more cuts & definition as along as you keep that diet up....as far as the upper body, work on the bi's....I suggest focusing on a compond movement(barbell curls) for the mass & then add some one arm dmbll on an incline or standing alternating....and cncentration curls or 21's....as far as tris, do some close grip bench, either flat of on a decline, heavy pushdowns, and maybe 2 arm overhead presses, heavy.....dips are also wonderful for tris if you can do em'.....I have recently added reverse grip curls & am loving them....all in all you look good so far....keep it up & keep us posted IP: Logged |

Austin, I agree. Skullcrushers give me one helluva pump. I do them with an overhand grip first then immediately do the regular grip and then immediately do the close grip benching (Tri-set) I do three sets of this followed by three sets of tri-cep pushdowns (again with the grip changes)and finally, the tricep extensions (the ones where you grap the dumbell behind your head and push it up above your head.
