well my Gf wants to start working out with me. and I have no idea what kind of routine to give her hell if it was up to me I would make her train like I do heavy 4-8. is that what I should do or is there somthing diff I should do. she wants to"loose fat and tone" I said work out like I do more muscle the moe fat you burn but she won`t listen she say no I don`t want to be huge. so what to do ? also for a cycle I was thinking test-p and primo/winny any ideas on the dose? or a cycle? thanks ladies Airborne!

go back and do research there are some old topics about this---but you should aproach this no different than you would a new male trainie same with her diet, clean it up and make sure she eats.

Airborne - unless your girl has miraculously high naturally occuring testosterone levels - SHE WILL NEVER GET HUGE! NO MATTER WHAT SHE DOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take previous advice and go back to old threads and read up! Better yet, tell your g/f to log on. I'm sure that I speak for all the board members when I say we will be happy to educate. No flaming here for those on a quest for knowledge because we all know that knowledge is power.

After years of research, training, intense schooling, and countless hours in the gym I've come to the one truth about training with a significant other: they will listen to anyone else but you.

Get her on here! Have her find out what she needs to do on her own. You can only show her the door, she has to walk through it.

Women can train like men & not turn into men----we lack the test....she will "tone up" as she calls it a hell of a lot quicker if she takes the train heavy, train intense approach....clean up th diet, take a fat burner, & she'll be good to go.....as warlobo said, send her a link to this board & watch her mind change....
