![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My wife is currently doing a two week Clen cycle to lower BF%. She is 5ft 5in and weighs about 136 w/ BF around 22%. She has decent muscle mass already and doesn't really want to put on much more if any, just wants to reduce BF%. She trains each bodypart once a week with heavy to medium intensity. She also does 45min to 1hr cardio 5 days per week. She has also been doing ECA stack forever, sometimes cycling it, sometimes not. Her diet is not super strick but is "very" healthy ie. no carbs after noon, high protien, low suger, low fat. She has been doing this training regimen for about a year now and seems to be staying the same in terms of BF%. My question is: If the Clen cycle does not bring the expected results in reduction of BF%, would a "light" Primo cycle help reduce the BF% and "harden" her up? Also, if the "light" Primo cycle is not what you would recommend, then could you give some other alternatives to make progress? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Primo is an excellent 'cutting' drug, but I think many folks misunderstand what that means. It WILL help you retain muscle while losing fat ON A CALORIE RESTRICTED PROGRAM OF DIET AND EXERCISE. If your wife is not able to lose fat on her current program, then adding in primo will not help. But if she is willing to make some changes to start the fat-loss rolling, the primo will help her to look her best. Maybe if you tell us what her " not super strict" diet is like we could give some pointers. If she's been doing the same thing for a year and is not making progress, then she's do for a shake-up in her routine! IP: Logged |
