![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() How much of a difference will it make to fat loss if I switch from doing cardio in the a.m. and training in the p.m. to cardio p.m./training a.m.? My treadmill is in the house where I have A/C but my weights are in the shop where by evening it is over 100 degrees. I know they say do the cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach but by training is really suffering because of the heat. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I do both in the early am. But i think if you have the choice that it is best to do training in the pm, so that your muscles can heal overnight and your not consistly using them all day. I'm not sure HOW much of a different this will make though. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Im with missgalaxy, I do both in AM. (if I have enough energy). Then if I have the time and take a little nap during the day, I haul my ass to the gym again at night for another round of cardio. IP: Logged |
