Hi there. Thanks for the post Warlobo. I am glad things are now on an even keel. I am starting another bulking cycle in September so If you are interested i will keep you informed of my lifts...Ive got to admit i have got close to a few records, and if pushed well who knows?. If anybody is interested in working out with me in September then lets chat and go from there. I am not going to say its a no go, Id love to meet some sane people from this board. Warlobo. I hear you are into p/lifting?..I am sorry about the stats on my website. You must understand for most men a female bodybuilder is a figure of fantasy, and so the lifts that are predominantly male related have been "fantasised". I regularly bench over 320. My record 1RM is 368. As for dumbell curls a regular workout consists of curls with 60lb and can do reps with 70s when really fired. Hope i have put a few things in perspective Heather xx ------------------ IP: Logged |

You are starting a cycle? I hope you mean a bicycle! Just curious, what will your "cycle" consist of? Anadrol or Test? IP: Logged |

Our best benches are identical. I can get 365 once without a bench shirt. I'm also 225 so % wise you got me beat. A girlfriend of mine, actually a good friend of Tkotracy, is doing a bodybuilding contest in Sept. This contest also has a separate bench contest that Tracy and I were thinking of doing. My goal is to push 400 and Tracy's is to push 185. Have you seen any good PL routines aimed at improving bench? Take care and keep lifting ------------------ IP: Logged |

Hi Galen....Good Benching!! I know it sounds strange but working on your lats really improves your bench...my lats are probably my best bodypart...but i done this to improve my bench stats. Heavy, and i mean heavy t-bars and rows. Try 6-7 weeks of 3 rep max workouts for 5-6 sets and then 3-4 weeks of 10 reps of 70% of 1rm workouts for 3-4 sets. and then back to the 3rep regime...you will be amazed!!!! See now I can believe you. Your definately bigger than Chyna and she could do 315. The weights you posted were just a little too far fetched IP: Logged |
