I'm experiencing my pains and aches later than normal, usually the pain onsets the next day but I'm getting sore 2 days later. Ex., I worked out chest and triceps on monday and I'm extremely sore today. Yesterday was shoulders and bi's, maybe I hit some of those muscles again? ,and thats why??Today I do cardio and abs which is good because that won't hurt. I also have a softball game tonight and have to pitch so wondering if my playing will be up to par.
Please tell me if anyone knows why this is happening with the soreness thing.Thaanks!!

Rach - thats the norm for me...sore 2-3 days after the body part worked. Then recover quickly. Except legs today...I must have hit them right yesterday because I am feelin' it today!!!
