Hey gals I just got back from the gym and the primo is kicking in. I sat down at the leg press(incline) and did 380lbs for 5 reps. I realize this might not be much to some but for me it's incredible! I am excited! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Few questions.... What was your feet position ...wide, narrow? Did you have your feet at the top of platform or the bottom? Did you go all the way to the bottom of the press - like did you hit the stops before returning - ROM is important... LAte Lobo IP: Logged |

Personal goals are more important to your progress than any accomplishment that other may find impressive. There are always people stronger and bigger, so make sure youre only competing with YOU! I thought I was a big shot when I free squatted 500lbs. The next day there were 4 guys video taping at the squat rack. The guy on it was doing WELL OVER 600lbs., and it kind of shook my confidence after struggling so hard to hit that 500lbs. mark... but screw it, I had to look at my accomplishments in perspective, and stop being so DAMN competative! Warlobo During that set I had my feet smack in the center and they were about shoulder with apart. Heels down! Feet at a slight turned in angle.Although I do enjoy just hanging my feet off the bottom and working my calves. I don't know why but you get an amazing stretch I don't know if it's as good as the donkey raise but I love it. Peace PS Todays my Bday and I'm 31! by 32 watch out! ------------------ IP: Logged |
