There have been alot of posts lately about skin problems, and although I haven't taken Primo, I have a pretty good skin care regemin that has helped my oily skin. I dont like paying for really expensive stuff from major fancy brands, so I get all my stuff at the drugstore. 1.Dial soap for body I also make sure I shower right after the gym I scrub really good to get all the greasy gym grime and sweat off me. Good to see you, take some time and read through the post - TONS of good info. And get your wife logged on here!!! One additional tip, make sure to use a good quality moisturizer after you strip all the oil off. Your body will respond to the "dry" skin by producing additional oil (bad). If you use a small amount, then your skin will not over produce because you have put back some moisture am I explaining this ok? You want to remove the excess oils and bacteria, but you still need to keep your skin healthy. Late Lobo IP: Logged |

Yeah Warlobo! Good advice I work in the skin care field and your on the ball! I use the oxy pads with 2% salicylic acid twice a day once on the way home from the gym. Especially if you have to run errands before showering. Use on Face, chest, shoulders then at night before I go to bed the same because I tend to sweat a little during the night and it helps prevent waking up with HUGE zits!Use a very light moisturizer not thick night cremes!ps If you feel this would be too drying for you wait until you start seeing a breakout, use the pads on the area a couple times a day and presto they dry up. Don't pick! peace ------------------ IP: Logged |

I am not on any AS but I can tell you that any time I start to break out or have oily skin I trip into the tanning bed always helps, it somewhat dries out the skin. Therefore i have no more oily skin or pimples. IP: Logged |

Sometimes people overclean their faces leading to more and more oil production from their pores. Try a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil. Is she having acne as well or just oil?? If its just oil, you should keep your eye out for products with Tea tree oil, Witch Hazel, or Salycic Acid. Oh and by the way, stay away from the infomercial stuff. It NEVER works. ------------------ IP: Logged |
