I need some help on how to get rid of a layer of fat on my abs. I've tried just about everthing that i can think of but nothing seems to work. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. IP: Logged |

Jrese- First of all, ignore kerrywood3's response to your post, he is some idiot that has been posting over and over again, and obviously has nothing better to do. Anyhow, my best advice would be that you cannot eliminate fat from a specific area. Bodyfat can be reduced through exercise and diet, but there is no magic way to erase it from the abs exclusively. What are you currently doing for workouts, and how are you eating? ------------------ IP: Logged |

have you tried using clen thats very effective at removing fat,and if you are on a good diet and training program at the moment then if you use clen in 12 months all the fat from the abs will go. IP: Logged |
