what are the best foods to eat with a lot of protein? hate fish so tuna and all those under water foods are out of the question. i know chicken and red meat are good, but what else? started drinking protein shakes today. thinking about eating a few egg whites with dinner. thanks-dr IP: Logged |

Ok my apologies to those who will rip me a new butt for dairy but non-fat cottage cheese, and non-fat yogurt, Turkey Breast, I like soy protein fakes (like soy burgers) every once in a blue moon for something different, peanut Butter but watch the fat.... I know there's more... IP: Logged |

Sassy - and I thought I was the only one who called poultry breasts by a slang term! I refer to chicken breasts as "chicken tiddies"! hehe Just had to laugh! ------------------ IP: Logged |
