hi
It's my first post here...i've been searching your board and I must say it's great, much better than any I've been using to visit before.

I have a question about DNP. I did a 10 days cycle of DNP together with another girl and two guys, few weeks ago. Both guys lost about 15-20 pounds of fat, but we women didn't lose almost any weight at all...me I have only lost 2cm (I don't know how much it is in inches) in the thights that I could easily have lost without using DNP.
All of us used the same product, we've done similar diet, and trained regulary.
The guys were at 15-16 %BF before starting DNP, we were at 11-12%BF.
Another thing was that the guys had lots of side effects like sweating the full night, or even at watching TV...bad feeling, etc...
Me personally I felt OK, it could be better, but I wasn't sweating much.

Anyway, does it mean that DNP doesn't work for women? Any of you had experiences with this product? If yes how it was?

My boyfriend has used it twice before with great results. A female i know did a full cycle and didn't obtain very good results, like you've mentioned. I started a cycle with my boyfriend in the past but quit after only 3 days because of some side i heard that could happen with women, but still don't know if its true, but either way i'm not risking it, especailly if it doesn't seem to work as well for women. While using though, i did sweat like a pig, just as much as he did. how much did you take? Also did you lower your carbs? cause as you probably already know, the more carbs you eat the hotter you'll get. missgalaxy

my carbs intake was about 150g (I'm 128lbs). I wanted to go a little bit down, but I had carbs carwings, I couldn't resist, but still kept it at normal level.
One of the guy had horrible side effects, but they went away after day 6.
I took 200mg for the first 5 days, and then continued with 300mg for the rest of the cycle. I know i should never take more than this.
anyway, I won't do it again, however the guys are getting ready for the next cycle!

These guys are ready to do it again GEEEZZZZZ !! How much weight do they want to lose? And don't they know that you MUST go to the gym and work out every day for two weeks after you finish a cycle of the DNP?
Most people are to weak to get up and go afterwards.

I'm just speculating here, but 11-12 %bf is very lean for a women, and 15-16% is, well, cuddly for a male. Could the difference in result be due to the difference in milligrams per kilo of lean weight? And also because the guys had a lot more fat to lose?

Dlady, yes we were right after back at the gym (during as well), not everyday, but 5 times a week, i guess that's enough.

as for the BF%, that's a good point, and I was already told this...but DNP is supposed to make wonders, and with Clen or even ECA I can lose up to 2-3%BF in a few weeks...so I thought I would have even better results with DNP
I made this cycle before the contest, to get rid of the last stubborn fat on my thights...but it didn't work so I gived up.
