![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you have an emergency and end up missing a meal how do you compensate for it - should I move my meals closer together until I have gotten all my protein in or eat more protein with each of my remaining meals or does it really matter how I get it in just as long as I get it done? Is it as important to get all the carbs in when this happens? Also do I eat the same on my off training days as I do my on training days? Thanks Temple IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() No one is perfect ... we all miss a meal, miss a workout, or lack a couple hours of sleep once in awhile. Don't sweat it. Just keep moving forward. And yes, your diet should be the same on your non-training days. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Don't worry about it too much. Just eat the next meal as soon as you can get around to it. Don't double up, but if you're hungrier than usual later in the day you can move your remaining meals closer together. If you're not hungry, then skipping an occassional meal won't do you any harm. Definitely DON'T cut back on food on your non-training days. Think of them as repair days when much of the muscle growth is going to take place. ------------------ IP: Logged |
