I dont want to give you his stats cause he just wants to know the adverage, he's afraid you might say oh he's big so he needs a lot =o) Thanks [This message has been edited by Diablo's Xstasy (edited July 02, 2000).] IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I've seen your pictures on your web page its hard to believe. You must have gained some lbs since then. I'll do some checking but 25MCG is probably max. My niece is a MD I'll ring her up in the am and give her your medical condition and your request. She will side on the side of conservative but that is exactly what you need. ------------------ If you enjoy it today you can always do it again tomorrow. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() LOL, Yeah well in that picture I was about 130lbs, but I still look the same pretty much as I have not gained any bodyfat, Ive only gained muscle, as far as I believe. I am really at a loss how much I should take. I do have a perscription for .1mg which is I think 100micrograms Maybe I should start with that? Or should I just wait and see what I can do with my diet and the such? I will be going to a doctor for a check up every 3-6 months so I know there's really not too much I should worry about, ie. messing up my body. Please help... Dx IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you are prescribed synthroid then what you have is t-4, not t-3. The two are quite different and you should do some research on how they differ. Unity66 IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I've avoided commenting on this one for too long. I don't understand why you don't ask/follow your doctor's advice on this one (for a start). If he prescribed you T4, he must have also given you instructions, as well as encouraging you to come back for regular blood work to make sure you've got the dosage correct. By your own admission you realize that synthroid could very well permanently kill your remaining thyroid in this situation. That is what is normally prescribed for. Please be VERY careful what you put in your body. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Yup, I have read this thread aabout a dozen times try'en to figure out what to say. And, well, Ya need to talk with your doc on this one. I can give advise if everything is 100%, but shit, your in a VERY different sitch. And you have T4, NOT T3. VERY big difference LAte Lobo IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ok.... Here is my advise. Workout with free weights - take a look at the workout plan for DLady. Do some cardio of at least 60 min three times per week. Eat right, no sugar, and stay off all that other shit unless SPECIFICALLY directed by your doc. At 30% you have plenty of room for improvment just by doing some good old fashion hard work. OK, I feel good about this now. LAte Lobo IP: Logged |
