does this happen to anyone else out there? i woke up this morning, ok it was 1 p.m. so that makes it afternoon, and couldn't remember if i took my normal two pills. i figured i didn't so i took two more. when i got to thinking about it i figure i did take the first two and now had four in my system. i was kinda sick, maybe it was mental, but at 6 p.m. i popped another two. now i have a horrible headache. do anyone think drinking tonight will kill me??? i don't think so, but i will stay off the ripped fuel for now. dirtyratt

No, i havent gotten any headaches from taking ripped fuel, but i dont know how you sleep at night if you take 2 at 6 pm???? I take one at 8am and another one at 12 and then i have to take a tylenol pm to sleep good that night!!!!!

I get headaches from hydroxycut which is basically the same thing and they cause my husband to have severe chest pain. My husband has recently been put on high blood pressure medication and the Dr. explained that high bp can cause a spasm in the blood vessels which causes the chest pain, I suspect tht the elevated pressure is also what causes my headaches - I only get them when I take a larger dose. I would recommend
that you cut back or stop taking it. I think it is a danger signal.

i got headaches when i stopped taking ripped fuel...because my body was getting addicted to the caffein..and when it didnt get it that is the reaction it gives...

It�s strage you feel this headaches, cause caffeine and ephedrine make your blood more fluid, less dense, which helps you bump more easily blood to the brain... Ripped Fuel are good just as Hydroxicut, but I would recommend you to try ThermiCore from MetRx, since it has its CDT (controlled delivery formula) so you dont the get the hole ephedrine at the same time...
About Temple, I get the same chest pains than your husband when I get a lot of ephedrine at the same time... its kind of dangerous.

i think i will cut back on the dosage for a while. it just keeps me going throughout the day and all night at work. i go to bed around two every night so i guess that is why i tend to think it is ok to take them so late. anyway, thanks for the input on everything. dirtyratt
