![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Here's a bit of info for ya'll. As most of you know I've been busy rehabing a broken leg. I've also been trying to maintain some sort of reasonable level of fitness throughout this ordeal. Well I had been using adipokinetix by syntrax in an effort to maintain some semblance of leaness. It works. Throw in a couple yohimbe fuels and an asprin and you're ready to roll. I also added some triac and nolvadex to see what would happen. These are the results, Unless you are going to compete don't bother with the nolvadex or triac. They are potentially too disruptive for the very small results. Yes they work but to me not worth the effort. Yohimbe was worth it for me. Not a big deal as far as coming off or side effects. Saw definition in my legs i'd never had before. Not extreme, but visible. I'm sure if I'd been able to exercise at the uninjured level I'd have seen much better results. I was still not able to squat, lunge, press, hack or any thing like that. I have only in the past week to 10 days been able to extend and ham curl for 3 sets of 10 with no weight. Yet I can still see seperation in all areas of my legs including hamstrings. Also, I am backing off of the leaness items for a bit in preparation for the sust experiment. The PT cleared me today to do light leg presses in addition to the stairmaster, stepmill, extensions and ham curls. Time for a little bulking ladies and gents. As far as diet is concerned I've been eating plenty of protein 1-1.5g/lb. 1-1.5 gal water; lots of veggies no fruit no sugar junk is a bagel on Sunday. I'm now going to add more complex carbs a few treats and some FUCKING SANITY!!! Sorry a bit of a tangent. Workout was super sets of basics for 4 sets of 8, 10, 10, 12. Example back - chins + single arm rows. chest - weighted dips + incline dumbell presses etc. I would usually throw in a bicep curl on back day or a skull crusher on chest day and call it good. Shoulders- military press+ lateral raises. Always as heavy as possible maintaining good form. The only leg work has been from aerobic work. All workouts were done at 6 am empty stomach alternating aerobic days with weight days. My clothes loosened, my cuts and vascularity increased and my body weight is still 175. I could see the entire six-pack and the 3 visible segments of my quads as of Sunday the 25th. Since then I've taken a few days off completely and just today (the 29th) started back in the gym. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() WW - I know you are a lot taller/more muscular than me but have how many of the adipo do you take at a time. I can only manage one before workout and one in the afternoon or I'm sick. Also, how much yohimbe were you adding? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() WW- How many nolvadex did you take? Did you see results in your thighs form it? I have heard that nolvadex will help women trim down the inner thigh. Did you see any of that? Thanks... Also, great job on keeping up with the work out. Not too many people do that after they break their leg... Congrats!!! ![]() ![]() IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() As far as the adipo was concerned, I took 1 3x per day with an asprin and caffiene. No sides but I tolerate cns stimulants rather well. I also took 2 yohimbe fuel caps with each of the three servings per day. At first I felt a bit warm, kinda like a hot flash. It lessened as time went on. A far as the nolvadex was concerned I didn't see a dramatic difference. Possibly because I had high expectations. I think I could've achieved the same results without the nolv had been able to go full force. IMHO you've got to be super lean already to see any significant results. In addition I had some slight water retention after stopping. Not severe, but when you've been having abs and ripped quads for a while it can be a bit shocking to smooth out so quickly. Hope this answers ya'lls questions. WW IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() WW's right about the Nolvadex. It will help you burn off the last of that estrogen-sensitive fat on the lower body, but only AFTER you've burned off all the other (normal?) fat on your body. It will also give you a harder look by reducing estrogen associated fluid retention, but again you need to already be a low %bf to really notice the difference. It is very much a finishing drug for competitive female bodybuilders. ------------------ IP: Logged |
